How do you work?We begin with a discovery call to estimate your project, set up the infrastructure, and start immediately. You’ll work directly with the designer(s) and company manager, with no intermediaries. We hold weekly sync calls, maintain a group chat for communication, use a Kanban (Agile) project board, and provide a burn-down plan. You’ll receive weekly reports on time spent and tasks completed.

How much do you charge?We work hourly and offer flexible load from 10 to 40 hrs/week based on your budget and tasks. We provide precise task estimates and a cap on hours we spend once we start the project. Our hourly rate ranges from $30/hr to $50/hr, depending on the work required.

How should I pay you?We offer payment through Upwork or a direct B2B agreement with bi-weekly or monthly transfers via bank, Wise, PayPal, or Revolut. For direct cooperation, a deposit is required.

How fast you can recruit a specialist and what if I don't like them?You’ll receive CVs within 1-2 weeks, and the overall process typically takes around 3 weeks. We offer a 2-week trial period to assess the specialist. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost, as quickly as possible.
