Branding and Prototyping for Healthcare SaaS

VitaGrid is a B2B healthtech product that streamlines clinic operations across scheduling, billing, and analytics. We began with market research—stakeholder interviews and a competitive scan—which shaped a positioning around clarity, reliability, and fast time‑to‑value. The outcome was a brand strategy with messaging pillars (clear operations, secure by design, quick adoption) tailored to buyer priorities like interoperability and ROI.
We created a complete visual identity: a modular “V” grid logo, accessible color system, humanist typography, and a medical icon set. A 38‑page brand guidelines document and Figma library defined tokens, UI components, tone of voice, and templates for the pitch deck and one‑pager. For pilots, we designed packaging kits with QR onboarding, quick‑start guides, and recyclable materials to deliver a consistent first‑use experience.
To support fundraising, we built a high‑fidelity MVP prototype demonstrating multi‑clinic dashboards, appointment management, claims/denials, and staff permissions. The investor demo helped the team secure a pre‑seed round within 10 weeks, enroll initial pilot clinics, and cut custom demo prep time by more than half—establishing VitaGrid as a credible, scalable brand from day one.
